At Locanut, we take pride in providing high-quality, healthy food and snacks. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items, including non-perishable snacks. Please review our policy below for further details.

Damages & Issues

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately at connect@locanut.com if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Perishable food items (all food products sold by Locanut)
  • Non-perishable snacks
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Refunds

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
